Instructions on  how to update your clinical rotation schedule


Step 1: Get Rotation Approved by the Clinical Department

  • Create a ticket with the Clinical Department requesting the clinical rotation. 
  • If you do now know what is available please check MySJSM-Clinical in the Elective rotation course for a list of electives.
  • Once you received a confirmation email you can update your schedule


Step 2: Complete the Clinical Rotation Update Form

  • Once you have received a confirmation email with a Ticket Number from the Clinical department.
  • Login to SJSM Central
  • under quick links; select Clinical Rotation Update Form
  • Once completed this will be sent to the Clinical department.


Step 3: Clinical Rotation Schedule Updated

  • Once submitted the Clinical Department receives the form it will take them approximately 2 business days to get it updated on your account.
  • The Clinical departments will notify you as soon as your portal is updated.
  • Please check your Student Portal, under the Clinical Schedule, your rotations will be updated on there.


All portal updates can take up to 2 business days to reflect on your student portal once approved.
