To obtain an Enrollment Certificate you will need to log into the Student Portal, click on Request Forms and download the Enrollment Certificate Request Form. Fill out the form and upload it through the student portal on the same page. 

If you do not have a student portal yet create a ticket through the helpdesk for the Registrar’s Office indicating in the Subject “Enrollment Certificate Request”.
